You are looking for the Beavervale Creek Forest Service Road. It is located approx 4 km from the Salmo side of the Bombi Pass (Hwy 3) on the right hand side of the road.

If you are coming from Castlegar, the total distance is 21 km from the "West Arm Truck Lines" sign. You have to go over the Bombi Summit, 6 km further on your left you'll see the road (both forestry and kmx signs are only printed on one side [the other side]).

As of this writing, there is a pretty big KMX logo on the forestry sign.

Beavervale Cr forest service rd is off "CROWSNEST HWY 3" (follow the CROW)---NOT hwy 3A or 3B. If you are not climbing a pretty steep hill within a few km's of Castlegar-->wrong way.

If you are coming from Creston or Fruitvale watch for a "T" in the HWY. You will make a 90 degree turn; you sould start climbing a steep hill within a km or two, otherwise recheck the signs.
